Practice interview online, with an interviewer that answers back

Most interview practice sites play a pre-recorded question and record your answer. giveinterview runs a real conversation: the interviewer listens, reacts to what you said, watches you write code and asks the follow-up a human interviewer would.

What a practice interview here looks like

You pick a question or a company, choose Easy, Medium or Hard (60, 45 or 30 minutes) and start. The interviewer opens with the problem in a few sentences and asks how you would approach it.

You explain your approach first, then write the solution in a live editor with the interviewer watching. After that come cross-questions: an edge case you missed, a bug to trace, a constraint that changes. The session ends with a scored report and what to practise next.

Practice interviews are not all the same

A recorded-answer tool tests whether you can talk to a camera. A technical interview tests whether you can think out loud, write working code and defend it under questions. Practice should look like the real thing, or it prepares you for the wrong test.

That is why the interviewer here can end an interview early when it has seen enough, suggests a harder level when you score well, and moves you to a topic-based multi-question interview with questions you have not seen.
